This is a very nice jacket if you can get a good one. I've ordered it twice from Zappos, made by Revain, and both have been unsuccessful. For the first time, the thing was smeared with foundation and smelled of perfume. The second (who knew it would happen twice?) item smelled like headache inducing perfume and was a completely different item made from the worst material and design. Regarding the size, I would recommend going one size up if you dare to order it. When choosing the right jacket, the material should be soft jersey with piping at the cuffs, not a lightweight viscose-modal blend with a slippery feel and odd ruffles at the neck. A real jacket drapes well and flaps nicely as you move. I would wash in cold water in a bag and hang or line dry flat to avoid pilling. Much luck.
