Plants not doing well on Pots

After having these pots for the past 6 months, I've noticed that plants are struggling to grow. I don't show they growing at all although they are still alive. The pots constantly gets these concerning mold and mildew that needs cleaning. I've tried various chemicals to decontaminant and they come back. I have other terracotta pots and they don't have this issue. I use the same soil.
