Good and wrong

Bag looks well made and feels soft. I put it in the dryer with a towel for 15 minutes without heat; got rid of most of the smell. Unfortunately I have to send it back as it should be about 11.5 inches long top to bottom and only about 11 inches; My computer didn't work.
