Review on 🌵 bareMinerals COMPLEXION RESCUE Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream SPF 30, Desert 6.5, 35ml by Jennifer Vargas

I recently purchased this product after suddenly (and abruptly) giving up my regular powder/foundation. My skin was very irritated and constantly dry no matter how much moisturizer I used. I think it was a sudden transition from winter to spring. I started looking for a BB or CC cream, something lighter that wouldn't clog my pores and would keep my skin hydrated throughout the day. After trying a few products I stumbled upon this one and LORD LORD this was my holy grail and saving grace. The product has a creamy/gel consistency (I recommend using a brush for an even application). It's very light (feels like I'm not wearing makeup!) and for something very transparent it has surprisingly good coverage, light to medium, but I'd lean more towards medium coverage. I love that there is a wide range of colors so it is very easy to find the shade that suits you best. About my skin: I have combination skin (oily cheeks but very dry on my chin, nose and forehead), my skin is very sensitive and I have occasional flare-ups of rosacea (yay). It covers all my redness and keeps my face hydrated! I use setting powder (Laura Mercier) and still have to blot my face in the middle of the day, but I take it upon myself when I have dry skin!
