Sharks are oriented vertically not horizontally (not as pictured) and they don't have buttons to hold the mask so I've added a few , after I received them. That being said, I've been using it for a little over two months and as long as it does its job with no signs of damage, and since I spray it with sanitizer every day and wash it thoroughly every week, I'd say it's good quality for the hospital environment.
