I tried some boots for plantar fasciitis to help ease the pain and heal. Everything else was heavy and uncomfortable. My feet also got cold with others and I had to take off my boots for about 10 minutes. No problem with this shoe! It's comfortable, my foot doesn't fall asleep and I can wear it all night. When I have to get up at night, it's easy to get in so I don't have to take it off before I get up. The point is, it works! I've only been using it for three nights and the difference is amazing. Now I have hope that my leg will make a full recovery. My podiatrist told me that I will always have a problem with plantar fasciitis, so I will always need orthotics, preferably custom-made ones. However, while I await custom orthotics, I'm happy to report that after such a short time, these boots have allowed me to walk, stand, and even dance comfortably with little pain. If I had received it before ordering the expensive custom orthotics I might have missed them. If your heel hurts, you might want to consider these boots over other expensive alternatives.
