Excellent product for treating mild to moderate acne. It's a very thick, creamy ointment with a sulfur smell (it's not as strong as some sulfur products, but if you're sensitive to it this may not be the best choice for you). It can be used as a spot treatment or in a moisturizer at night (I mix it with my night moisturizer - just a dab - and it has helped a lot with my acne) and applied all over my face. This preserves the seal that comes with it, so the cream doesn't dry out. I have also found that a little helps and with liquid foundations a little mixing can be done. I usually get about a month out of a container (that's an ounce) but if you apply it day and night it will likely run out quicker. It's not as drying as MB Drying Lotion and may work better for sensitive skin (like me). It can be combined with salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide to treat acne. I use it along with Uncle Harry's Face Wash (also available from Revain - hands down the best face wash) and the same brand's Jojoba Cream as an intensive night lotion. a bit expensive? Yes, but it works very well and I don't need much of it. I definitely recommend this to others.
