If you have a 5GHz router (like Google Nest) it's INCREDIBLY difficult to pair one and a phone with it to get an app that specifically connects to Bandwidth 2.4 GHz. This isn't a 2.4 minimum - it should be specifically on the 2.4 band, like a single-application phone. We ended up hotspoting it, but that's not a long-term solution. Also, we still haven't figured out how to play the lights to the music as advertised, and we have an Alexa connection. Only zero information about it, neither in the (super) basic instructions nor in the setup videos. Disappointing.
