The product works great. The video shows an incorrect spray pattern as the nozzle is not set correctly for the hood flush and if the spray pattern is weak or not straight why not try removing any or necessary water supply lines to the nozzles to ensure debris is not clogging the lines , which can affect the spray pattern with new nozzles. After all tubing to the nozzles is clean, reattach and secure the tubing to the nozzles. Everything should work fine. Any sand or other material will get into the spray heads and stop the water flow and spray.
