I love to cook but I've always been afraid of cast iron. I've tried cast iron cookware before and it quickly became a rusting mess. Then I had the honor of reading a book about cast iron cookware. I learned how to treat it properly and now I have no more problems. It's very easy to do. You just have to overcome your fear of them. There are many cast iron seasoning videos on YouTube. Check them out before you reach for the soapy sponge and clean the pan! Now that I know how to do this, not only do I have no rusty dishes, but I have a pan that nothing sticks to. In addition, it heats up very evenly and retains heat, so food cooks incredibly well. I recently bought another cast iron skillet not from this manufacturer. The difference in surface structure is dynamic. My second is rough and is therefore not so easy to clean. I would buy another pan from Ecolution before buying another brand. The Evolution pan has a beautiful, smooth surface that is easy to clean. You will love it.
