Review on Bovado USA Glass Loaf Pan by Tricia Smith

This replaced my old 9 x 13 pyrex pot which was scratched on the inside. I decided to stick with borosilicate glass as I'm used to it. This pan is slightly longer and shallower than the Pyrex I had. The width is about the same. The glass thickness can be a bit thinner than my previous Pyrex. I've used this pan three times and have cooked chicken thighs at 450 degrees with no problems. I also try not to put it on a cold surface when taking it out of a hot oven and it cools completely before washing. I'm deducting a star because my product has two very small bubbles in the glass, in two different places. It may never be a problem, but things like this cause glassware to fail.
