Make sure you consider the product.

This is my second order of this product, for the most part I like the product so I reordered but you must count as each bag opened was missing a couple of ear straps. for example i had 19 red, 19 blue and 19 green instead of 20 in one pack and there were 20 black and white colors and in the second pack there were 19 red, 19 blue instead of 20, but there were 20 green, black and white. What should I do with an odd number? I have a lot of jobs to do by Saturday. The counters have to make sure that they count twice so that customers don't miss a single colour.
