As a goofy, selfish millennial trying to hook up a TV for broadcast TV, this device seems to do exactly what I needed. It serves to connect what I said online a "twin cable" to a coax cable. You may need something like this cable extension adapter to connect this product to a female coaxial cable. The way the signal gets from the creepy thing on the roof to the TV seems like weird voodoo magic to me, but it seems to work to pick up most local channels. I can't connect to the channel that broadcasts the Cleveland Browns games so that's a huge plus for me because they're awful and impossible to watch anyway.
