Received in excellent condition, packed in a box with lots of paper.
I have several Westcott modifiers, a 24" Apollo, a 52" softbox that I use with 2-3 flashes, but I had to shoot through an umbrella for portraits, so I have this one ordered. It arrived yesterday and I opened and checked it. Received in perfect condition, packed in a box with lots of paper padding. I thought it was a bit small but I did a portrait shoot with it today and it was perfect for fill light and I didn't even remove the cap. I really like this modifier, it's very well built and sturdy with fiberglass ribs for support.
