updated rating: The first time it worked as I was lacing and I was in love with this product. But the second time, no luck. The thread keeps popping out of the middle hook. Very disappointing. I was hoping this would work for me in the long run. Will be sending back and may have to get a replacement to try again. I just received this item and I am very happy with my first try. I followed a YouTube video to secure the thread but I had to tie the ends or it wouldn't stay in place. With the eyebrows you have to be very careful. I tried all areas of the face and neck except the eyebrows. I was too scared it would ruin my eyebrows. But it worked great for other areas of my face. The pain weren't that bad. If you're used to multithreading, it's very similar to this one. I also like that I can do it myself and don't need anyone's help. I can save myself trips to the living room. I used my own powder but it comes with powder and a headband to project the hair onto my head. I gave it 4 stars because I want to see how long it works well and how much will it cost me to thread it? Can I find a thread thread negative -> no instructions for using the thread I am not sure whether I can find a thread thread that is difficult to use near the eyebrows. Just one speed. But overall I am satisfied. If it's durable and I can use it for a long time, I'll give it 5 stars.
