I was looking for something my 4 year old would wash his hands with longer. Both my kids used to sing the ABC's and so far this hasn't been a problem and my 6 year old washes well now without the song but the 4 year old dropped the song and is now washing his hands completely. maximum 10 seconds. It's perfect for him. Now he spends 3-5 minutes washing his hands. I hope that he will also get used to how long he has to wash his hands before the novelty wears off and maybe the novelty won't go away. My daughter wasn't thrilled and gave it a try but still prefers our regular hand soap. I'll let you know when and if he loses interest or if your interest changes. But so far it does exactly what I was hoping for.
