You get what you pay for. I'm a teacher and I need a reliable and durable cable to connect my laptop/projector every morning. I've had this cable for 9 months now and it's already failing me. The cable does not transmit a red image. At first I thought it was a projector lamp, but it's not. I contacted the seller (and got a quick response, that's good) but they didn't accept an exchange (not good for me). I was hoping they would make an exception or offer a discount to buy a different cable. I think wishful thinking. To keep a loyal customer, but I'm out of luck. It's relatively cheap so I'll buy another one, but probably from a different seller with better reviews.
