Description of High-Quality 15ft VGA to VGA Cable with Ferrite Cores - Male to Male SVGA Monitor Cable 4.5M

High performance VGA cable connects a VGA (Video Graphic Array) equipped computer to a monitor or projector with 15-pin VGA port (also known as RGB, DB-15, DE-15, HD-15, HDB-15 or D-sub 15) for video editing, gaming, or video projection. Supports resolutions at 800x600 (SVGA), 1024x768 (XGA), 1600x1200 (UXGA), 1080p (Full HD), 1920x1200 (WUXGA), and up for high resolution LCD and LED monitors. UL Listed VGA cord engineered with molded strain relief connectors for durability, grip treads for easy plugging and unplugging, and finger-tightened screws for a secure connection. The combination of silver-plated connectors and bare copper conductors provides this monitor cable with superior cable performance. Foil & braid shielding and integrated dual ferrite cores on the VGA wire minimize crosstalk, suppress noise, and protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).

The cable let me down. Stay away

You get what you pay for. I'm a teacher and I need a reliable and durable cable to connect my laptop/projector every morning. I've had this cable for 9 months now and it's already failing me. The cable does not transmit a red image. At first I thought it was a projector lamp, but it's not. I contacted the seller (and got a quick response, that's good) but they didn't accept an exchange (not good for me). I was hoping they would make an exception or offer a discount to buy a different cable. I…

All right. When my computer goes to "sleep mode" the system says "no monitor connected" and the monitor does not go to "sleep mode". You have to turn it off manually. When I reconnect my 6ft cable the monitor goes to sleep.

Long cable in Cables and Connections

This product is long enough to connect two different projectors from one end of the room to the other. The room I am talking about is about the size of a large church hall (main office room). There were no problems connecting two projectors and running them at the same time. Good product.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • A few small things

Works perfectly. fits VGA cable

I was reluctant to run a 50ft mini D-15 cable. I thought the resolution would be limited, but this cable proved me wrong. It worked great at the highest resolution my 42 inch plasma could support. Both the cable and plasma have since been given to our daughter and they are still used and work well for her. Ferrites on both ends help eliminate EMI and RFI and keep the signal pure.

Pros
  • comfortable
Cons
  • annoying

It worked fine at first

After a few months of use the cable started to fail. I used it to hook up a projector in a large room and it worked great for the first few months. After some time it lost its color. I have checked the projector settings and computer settings. In the end, after replacing the cable, everything worked. So I tried this cable again and it was sometimes colored and sometimes yellowed. Everything was black and white back then. Since most of the usage was just for texts, that was fine. But then, after

One problem with the way these third party listings are created is that one seller can create a page and another seller can click through and list your cable under the same listing even if it is are not the same brand or quality. They also let the original page builder change the quality of their product at some point and keep it on the same list. This happens for a variety of reasons, not all of which are nefarious. We buy many different electronics for different companies, so we have ordered…

blurry, buggy and turns off at the slightest touch.

Works better than expected and can display 1080p video over VGA with some haze and snow, but is otherwise suitable for a large server farm as a terminal. After some use, the cable deteriorated and became almost unusable. The cable is very thin and thin and is only recognized after connecting it several times.

Pros
  • Provides pleasant sensations
Cons
  • The list will be long.

It was easy to connect and most importantly, my wife was awesome.

I ordered this for my wife's 1st grade class so she can control her LCD projector which sits on a stand in the middle of the classroom from her laptop/teacher area in the classroom. side of the classroom. The 50 foot length allowed me to route this cable along the front wall in a U shape from the laptop to the projector. I also used carpet and cable flooring to eliminate trip hazards. The cable arrived quickly thanks to Revain Prime. I unwrapped it and left it outside in the midday sun for…
