Review on Sony MDRX10/RED Simon Cowell X Headphones: Immersive Audio Experience with Powerful 50mm Diaphragms by Terry Keown

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If you like good deep bass

I've had XB800 headphones which I've used for a couple of years and done some electrical projects with, but they're essentially the same headphones just in a different color scheme. detachable cable. I think they are also offered in different regional markets as they seem to be big in India. Bass on them doesn't disappoint. It's super deep. Combined with the right headphone amp and EQ settings, these things make your cheeks vibrate. A good example song is "Lady GaGa - Jewels n' Drugs". It's a trap song with a good bassline. The bass in this song really comes through with this pair of headphones. Pros: excellent isolation, bass doesn't drown out other frequencies, very comfortable memory foam pads. Cons: Lousy as hell, but what headphones these days aren't? I wish they had an all black/matte version. If you told me I could only keep one pair of headphones (I have too many), that would have been it.
