I have used Manic Panic before and I really love the company and the product. My friends use it with great results. This particular product completed my hair bleaching process to achieve the crisp Scandinavian white I was hoping for. My hair is like this now, but not because of this product. After bleaching I applied this product as a toner (no peroxide required as stated on the bottle) and even after 15 minutes my hair was purple with blue streaks. Sometimes I wouldn't mind, but maybe my hair was too porous to accept this product. After a few washes (4-5) I tried another product that didn't have the purple/blue tones everyone else was raving about to get my current ice white color. The moral of the story is: do a strand test to make sure your hair isn't too porous before using a product like this.
