The support from this team has been excellent for our needs! They are always available to help us with any questions we have when it comes time that something goes wrong/needs fixing within their system (computer). I wish they could do more in terms of training employees as there seems like some confusion about how things work or what one should be doing at times. We've had great success using them so far - but would not hesitate if needed to find another provider who offers better customer services than computer services and support does currently. Helping manage computers remotely which saves hours each week without having someone physically come into my office every day.
