I love that they work closely to understand what your business is trying accomplish as well how you want it done! They have been very flexible throughout our project so far which has made working together much smoother than anticipated (especially considering my lackadaisical approach).

There's nothing really negative about this team - just be prepared for some serious dedication from both sides when creating something great!! The benefits include being able to focus solely around branding/marketing efforts while not having any direct interaction wtih clients or projects themselves; also allowing us more time spent actually doing client-facing tasks rather then waiting by phone all day long like most other agencies do at times :).
