Good product. The wire plate is overpriced. But the towel rail is good. I ripped the star off because I was sooo careful not to damage it the first time I hit the power button - not with my nails - and (which turned out to be paint, not metal) is already chipping. Not the end of the world, but now I doubt the quality/durability. Just hope the rest isn't cheap metal that rusts. Will be updated if problems arise.
