Review on ☕ BUNN MCU My Cafe: The Ultimate Coffee Brewer for Single Cup and Versatile Use by Amy Howard

These Bunn My Cafe coffee makers were good. I've had one for a few years now but it was starting to wear out so I decided to buy another one. I had to wait over a year as they stopped producing this item for a while. I was glad it was available again. What a disappointment! This thing won't end the cycle no matter what you do. You have to restart the loop a few times for it to exit the loop. It also drains the water from the water tank during the cycle. Bunn's support team is very uncooperative and has many excuses such as "it's your coffee, not your car". Also, they sent me "check valves" to fix the unit even though it's brand new. The old one was fitted with a drip tray, which has now also been removed. I no longer recommend it even though this used to be the best single cup coffee maker I could find. Update 7/27/21: I contacted Bunn customer service again and spoke to a different representative. I was immediately offered a replacement device and a prepaid label to return my device. The replacement arrived quickly and works just like my original. I'm glad I was persistent and am now revising my assessment
