, specially designed for Android Auto. So I didn't want an extra long cord, just something that plugs the phone in and then my phone can be in a special compartment in my car and I won't have cords hanging all over the place. That being said, I sometimes have trouble with my car losing connection to my phone. Then I unplug the phone from that cord and plug it back in. This seems to solve the problem, but later on it happens more and more often and I'm wondering if reusing and bending the cable (since it's VERY short) could cause the wires inside to deteriorate.
