Review on ☕ 2 Quart Replacement Carafe for Mr. Coffee BVMC TP1 by Alex Montgomery

I've read reviews that there is a lever at the top to hold water and let the tea steep before pouring it into the container, there isn't. You are all right. For me, my original top still works. I ONLY bought this to replace my old carafe which broke. I wouldn't buy it if I needed the top. He pours hot water over the tea bags and runs straight into the carafe without giving the tea time to brew, resulting in what I would describe as slightly colored water. No tea taste. Didn't mean to give 5 stars and mislead those who want to replace the upper. The carafe is perfect for my old ice kettle.
