I keep losing my knife sharpener. And when I need it, I can't seem to find it, which is why this kit from Dystrong is so handy. The quality of the knife is excellent, it is very well made and not very expensive. I can slice and dice whatever I want. I even use it for butchering fish and it works great. I also like the suitcase because sometimes I scratch myself if I put my hand in the drawer without looking. The risk of accidents is therefore practically non-existent. This assumes you use it properly and put the knife back in its sheath after use.
