I like that they always have my back with revisions to ensure we're staying within our budget/scope of work! They also do great editing as well so it's not just me putting words together haha :) The turnaround time is very quick which helps make project management easier too once you start seeing results from their hard working team members!! No dislikes yet but nothing really stands out either other than maybe having more options available when creating social media graphics (which isn't necessarily something i would complain about). Give them an opportunity before writing off this service provider because there honestly were no issues at all while collaborating via email or over phone calls - everything was seamless throughout each step including delivery date changes since sometimes things get lost along way through communication due dates etc.. We use backpackcontent primarily during peak season times such summer months where clients need visuals frequently updated daily across multiple platforms online & offline advertising campaigns + events coordination needs- helping us.
