Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best I've ever had! suitable for stovetop espresso and mocha pots

I have been using aluminum machines for years. Then I got an itch for aluminum consumption lol. Call me superstitious. Aluminum manufacturers are food safe, but the bottom half's gray finish has seeped into the top. i was scared Then I found this bad boy! woohoo! This is the best I've ever had. Comes in sexy packaging (so would make a great Father's Day gift). A few tips --> 1- Do not overfill the espresso funnel filter. All you have to do is just tap on the filter to straighten it. 2 - immediately remove from heat. When all of the espresso has been brewed up to the top half, the typical gurgling sound will be heard.3 - Drink the espresso immediately. Then I quickly rinse the top half with water to make the top half shine. upside down6 - I wash everything with ease. EVERYTHING ON THIS IS STAINLESS ENVIRONMENT, INSIDE AND OUT. I'm not sure what the guarantee is, but it should last for a while. The filter has a spring around the bottom funnel so you don't have to pull this filter out with your fingernails when cleaning. It will appear automatically. Makes about 10-12 ounces of espresso. I'm a big fan of freshly ground espresso with lots of cream (call me stupid but that's how I grew up. But basically when I was young they would add a few ounces of hot sweetened condensed milk before pouring the drink (mi orgullo PR I drink espresso. My grandfather was a great cook from about the age of 4 and gave it to me as a treat (with sweetened milk) on toast for dipping (I didn't have money for an Oreo).
