Review on SecurManage by Richard Lamptey

Security Management is a great tool in managing our facilities. I like the reporting and the ease of managing the facility. It is a little hard to use and some functions are not that intuitive. I wish it had a better mobile app. I have other programs that I use that don't have this problem. I am using SecurManage to manage our facility. It is easy to learn and is a great tool for managing a facility. I am able to see on the map where our officers are and where they are supposed to be. It makes it easier to know where they are at all times. I like that you can see everything from the app with one touch to your computer. You would think it was easier to use, but its not! Its hard to find what you are looking for when searching. It is very time consuming to go through each inmate file to make sure they have all of their medications listed correctly. This also makes it harder to track medication changes once they get released back into the community. Being able to keep tabs on inmates while still keeping them safe within our facility.
