Too hard, difficult to use
I hate it and I regret not returning it. The brush is not automatically flexible. You have to move it by hand to change the angle. I want it to move automatically. The bristles are really hard, coarse and inflexible. Too hard for adequate cleaning. I am extremely disappointed.
