Bought as a gift for my teenage grandson. He uses it at my house on a Dell computer. The product came with a 2 year warranty. A year into use, the USB port began to deteriorate to the point where the USB cable no longer fit the port. I contacted the company and they responded straight away saying I needed to see a photo of the mic which had a serial number, an explanation of the problem and a copy of the receipt. I did everything Then I was told to write the warranty claim number on the microphone jack where the serial number was and mail it in. What I did. They then told me that my copy of my receipt which I printed directly from the Revain order page was not acceptable and they would only accept a PDF receipt file. OK, I did it. Then nothing. It's been 3 weeks and I've been completely ignored. I have emailed support repeatedly with my claim number and they never bothered to reply once. So I think what they're basically telling me at this point is that we were just joking about honoring your warranty. I suspect my grandson loved the product while it worked but given their terrible customer service when their product breaks they only deserve 1 star. If this. I work in the automotive industry and high customer satisfaction is a very high bar that we all aim for. Apparently this is not their business motto.
