Review on Enhance Your Communication Experience with the Plantronics Savi W710 DECT Headset by Larry Gaines

I use Savi W710 at home. I've been using it so well with desktop phone, mobile phone and skype/google voice over the past few months so far. I have absolutely no problems running the Plantronics HUB software on Windows 8.1. This headset is lightweight and very comfortable. I like the fact that the headset has a volume up and down button and a mute button. You can even answer and end calls remotely by pressing the button on your headset (with optional HL10 handset lifter). Cons: If the mic/speaker levels are not set properly, you may hear feedback in the speaker. To fix this, make sure that (a) you turn your phone's volume all the way down, (b) there are two controls on the left side of the dock that you may need to adjust to find the perfect spot to eliminate echo/ to find feedback. According to the instructions, the battery should last for 9 hours of continuous talk, but unfortunately I don't get more than 4-5 hours of talk time.
