When I first saw them I thought they looked really good. When I got the chance to inspect them, I was a little surprised that they didn't get any better than they were, especially when they carried the Dewalt name. I bought these two to replace my heavy duty zippered bags/cases that I use to store tool manuals. I hate to say that rigid models are much better. One of the Dewalt zippered bags had what appeared to be part of the top loop material. A simple solution is to cut them off. It still bothered me that I thought it had to be a quality bag. The overall feel of them just feels flimsy and a bit cheap. To be honest, unless you really need a bag to have the Dewalt name on your side, go for a solid construction.
