In the photos on the internet they look like normal socks, but they are not. These boys gold toe socks are basically dress socks. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just not what I expected. But as they say, these boys socks are good quality socks. They're light and thin, but not poorly made. They don't stay right though and the size is just right. The toe seam is also pushed back a little and is not as pronounced, which increases the wearing comfort. Overall good socks!
