Review on Headlight SUPAREE 1997 2018 Bluetooth Beam 2PCS by Gabriel Tomato

These headlights are cool and have a nice RGB lighting effect, they look great on your car and are pretty easy to install. However, they are made cheaply with poor quality control. The lenses on it are soft plastic, I don't even think they're polycarbonate. They scratch at the slightest touch. You can also leave a plastic wrap on it indefinitely! Which of course is impractical and ugly. Never bother to clean them as the softest cloth will scratch the hairline until the lens is scratched instantly. I already had three sets and each set had micro-scratches in the light path of the LED bars. As soon as you turn on the light, those scratches show up like a sore thumb. The headlight projectors aren't very bright either. They lie about the power, at 13.3 volts the power is much lower than they claim. Apart from the latter, what is also very annoying and unacceptable is that the app that manages the RGB effect is absolute garbage and invasive! It can somehow erase all your phone's previously saved Bluetooth connections! How is that even possible? Because you never give the app permission to change your phone settings! Something is fishy with this foreign app! Every time you close the app, all of your saved Bluetooth connections will disappear and you'll have to reset each one manually. There is a number you can call SUPAREE where they will ask you to leave all your information so they can get back to you within 24 hours. However, they never do! I left them more than seven messages asking for help. This company just doesn't care about you or your purchase. It's been weeks and I've had to return the item 3 times and they still haven't contacted you! Please do not waste your money on these lamps and beware there are several other companies selling the same lamps with their name on them. and also the product has the same problems. I researched this and was looking for a solution for me. This is all very sad because the product has good qualities when it works. Be sure to read all critical reviews. And remember, most five-star reviews are posted by the company itself!
