The lid is instantly removable, keep buying!

Looks very nice, but beware! The lid has no place to sit nicely on the lip, it slides off immediately after being touched! I can't tell you how many times the lid has slid right onto my carpet. It's inconvenient and surprises people when they don't know, so buy another brand with a pretty cap that stays put.
