I am very satisfied with this hair removal kit. I had to keep buying little jars of facial wax from the store, which cost about $6 each. This kit will last me several months before I need to buy more wax! The wax itself is a bit viscous but bearable. And if you heat it to the right temperature, it won't burn your face when you put it on, which is great! When applied correctly and evenly, each section comes off with a simple stroke. Other reviews mentioned it was painful, but I disagree. The fact that it breaks off so easily and grabs every single hair makes it a lot less painful because you don't have to waste time ripping tiny pieces and going over the same sections. Overall I would give it a 9/10 simply because the wax is sticky. I received everything that was in the description and in the photo. 4 packs of wax beans, 2 sets of wooden applicators, aluminum trays and the wax set itself. I haven't cleaned it yet but it's wax; I don't expect it to be super perfect and easy to clean. However, the aluminum shells keep it cleaner than if you waxed it straight in. Great buy for the price, I know I'll put it to good use!
