My sister hemmed up the front a few inches so it would be mid knee as it was a bit long for my 5' 2". She kept the back long and it was perfect. The zipper would get a little stuck going up and down at a certain point, but that was it. However, I wore this to a wedding and during the reception (right as speeches begun) the zipper came undone! Not from the top, but from the middle. This dress was not tight on my chest or midsection, it was quite comfortable. So I have no idea how this happened. Luckily I had a team of women help me in the bathroom get the zipper (that was still at the top) all the way down then back up to get the teeth back together. This took 30 minutes as the zipper kept getting stuck. It was definitely an ordeal I hope to never experience again, or at least not without those that helped me. It didn't come open again, luckily.
