I'm 5'2, 145lbs. I ordered a large but had to return for an XL. Return went smooth, no hiccups. XL fits good. Exactly what I thought it would be. Helps you keep your posture, which is part of the reason I bought it, I have some lower back pain too and this helped. Kind of bulky under clothes. Didn't excersice in it, but I'm not sure it would be comfortable for that, like I said, bulky. Good for the price
