Bought as a replacement monitor for my wife's computer. The VESA mount was great (although I had to move the mount section down due to the different monitor sizes). Speaker volume is low (maybe I plugged it into the wrong audio port), loud enough to use. for Zoom meetings. I'm not sure how well the touchscreen works. In order for this to work, you must use the included cable to connect the monitor to your computer. To get the most out of your monitor, you need a second USB port on your computer to connect to the monitor's USB hub. The computer (Windows 10) recognized which cable it was connected to, making it easier to install the software.
