I bought this to cool my MacBook Pro when it's on and thought the backlight would look really cool with my setup. When I plug the cooling pad into the same power strip and/or USB port as my Pioneer DDJ controller, the controller turns off and won't boot. The first problem I found was the controller telling me that the SeratoPro was playing the songs in reverse order. There is a button that will alert you when this happens. Secondly, the volume in the headphones decreases when playing a song - the sound is almost gone, you don't hear the next song played. I thought my Pioneer controller was almost dead. Had to restart my Macbook Pro and controller. Both restarts worked. After that was done, I turned on this laptop cooler, and as soon as I did that, the controller turned off and the indicator light came on again, the music was playing backwards. ICE COOREL RGB, you should fix this problem and also warn about big conflicts, at least on this kind of hardware. I don't know if there are other issues with other gear, but I learned the hard way to prepare for a gig. It sucks! See photos and videos for the problem I just mentioned.
