Review on Comfy & Convenient: Foxelli Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad For An Ultimate Camping Experience by Darren Boogie

This sleeping pad is awesome. I’ll probably come off as a paid review with how impressed I am with this pad.Is it as light as my Thermarest Xlite? NoIs it as comfortable? YESWill it keep you as warm? YESThis piece of equipment will be a solid part of my shorter over night trips. Especially when bringing the dogs. There is no doubt in my mind it will hold up to them walking and laying on it. I hold my breath whenever they try to climb up on my pricey Thermarest.So why the 4 instead of 5 stars?Because it his pad is really good, but I think it can be great. It’s a little short. Another 6 inches would be awesome. Also the hole to inflate the pillow is a old school beach ball type that you plug. The new valves are far superior and lighter weight. At this price I figure they are selling out stock before introducing an improved version next season. Foxelli is a brand I hope to see around for years to come. If these pads are still available buy a couple before they are gone you will not be disappointed with quality at triple the retail price.
