The ability to create dashboards, data visualization, mobile apps (iOS/Android) etc. We were able to integrate our internal systems with third party applications like Salesforce & Hubspot in one place thus streamlining processes and workflows for all departments within the organization. I'm not sure if this was really helpful but it did take quite some time before we started seeing any benefits from using this tool as there are plenty of add-ons available out there to customize this platform as per your needs. If you don't have an existing application with which you can link then creating one might be challenging at first but after going through tutorials it would get easier. This will definitely help when dealing with clients who want to see their reports in dashboard format along with other things via app or website.
