Upon purchase and installation found that the switch cuts the relay off at 6 inches of vacuum, not nearly enough for power brakes. Customer of this product! The switch needs to be set according to several ads selling this setup, it is set but never set to the 20" vacuum cutoff point. Either it was higher and the pump never shut off, or the vacuum was 10, 12, or 8 inches when it shut down and never shut down at the same point twice. Finally bought a quality vacuum switch from a reputable supplier, set it to 20 inches of vacuum and it works as it should. I won't be buying another one of these due to the noise level and of course the cheap parts that come with this setup. We recommend spending the extra money and getting a rotary vane pump, which is a lot quieter and a lot better! Zero stars in my opinion.
