My motherboard only had one full USB 2.0 port. This worked great for adding more headers.

My Asus TUF Z490 has a full (dual channel) USB 2.0 port and a half (single channel) USB 2.0 port. This motherboard was an upgrade and my old motherboard had four full (dual channel) USB 2.0 ports. I had to plug in my AiO CPU cooler, USB 2.0 ports on the front of the case, my Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card and my "Leech remote power relay thingy" - now I have free ports.
