The best thing about oneops is that it helps to achieve all goals of software development life cycle without any hassle, as everything is integrated into a single platform. This also reduces human error which can be avoided by using this tool. Nothing much to dislike for now but I am sure there will come a time when you may face some problems with this tool. We use oneops for continuous integration/deployment process. It has helped us reduce manual effort significantly. Also, we are able to manage our application's versioning easily.
