Original: The video quality of the camera is very good. However, the field of view is far from 105 degrees, closer to 90 degrees, which forced me to reconfigure the planned camera layout. When it arrived everything looked great, the packaging was undamaged. However, the remote control had broken parts, which tells me it came from the factory in this condition. I've been looking for a way to replace it but it looks like I'll have to send everything back as I can't find that option anywhere. I've had other camera systems before, but this one was significantly more expensive. I haven't had it for a long time but I don't think it's worth the price. I might change my mind as I'll be playing around with the settings more over the next few months and see all the true values I'm not seeing yet. team to solve my problems and I have to say I am ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED. The Onwote team was patient, responsive and very proactive in resolving issues. They were able to send me a replacement remote and contacted the R&D team to ensure they sent me a camera with the correct viewing angle. I was told that the model year change (2019 vs 2020) was causing confusion and getting me a replacement for the two most important cameras in my system. The team also made sure to update the details of their product specification so that picky customers don't go through the same thing.
