I like how we can send out messages, videos or presentations from our computer desktop without having any software installed (like PowerPoint).

It's simple yet effective for us who are not too tech-savvy when it comes time distributing information via email/text messaging etc., so people that don't have IT knowledge know exactly what they need as far is getting their message across effectively! There isn’t anything really negative about this product; however some clients may be hesitant with new technology because there might still exist an old school mentality within small business environments where older employees do things differently than younger ones would prefer them done - but once you get over such barriers then your work will become easier by leaps & bounds.
