Arrived on time, the box is slightly dented as if something heavy had been placed on it - nothing damaged - came in a plastic bag covering the protective case - the same color as the bag but from one different material and more than one latge enough to be used as a separate shopping bag. The bag is like the picture, heavier than I thought even for real leather. There are more than enough pockets to put my stuff in. It seems strong enough to handle my everyday life. My last purse only lasted 2 years until the small hole punch holding the strap on the main body of another purse broke. Hopefully this will last longer as the straps are attached with eyelets. The main issue I've found so far is that the central zip pocket that separates the main body into 2 large pockets doesn't do a good job of separating them. My tablet just rests on it and you're done and things can (and do) wander from side to side. I received the burgundy color and it matches the color. The size is just right for me, neither big nor small. It suits my petite frame (5ft 3in) well. I can recommend it.
